The pyramids of Egypt have always had a strong allure for game developers, with numerous games set within the pharaohs’ tombs. It’s no surprise, given that these enigmatic structures lend themselves well to mazes and platform games. SaM.Pr’s latest adventure is no exception. Welcome to Egypt.
Just as pyramids are constructed with traps to deter unwanted visitors, or to ensnare them, it’s hardly surprising that Sam has found himself in a predicament, having allowed his curiosity to override caution. Now, he’s caught and must find a way to escape. Be kind and assist your companion, will you? Depending on the chosen difficulty level, you must clear several rooms within a specified time frame. As always, be wary of adversaries that aim to make your life miserable.
Designed for the 40 years old MSX2 system, this game runs as a 256K ASCII16 ROM. A short manual is included in the package.
